Cellulose Electrode For Vertical-down Welding Mild Steel
CHE425G is a high cellulose sodium type electrode.The electrodes show a very good performance in welding of all positions amd vertical down,overhead.It forms on double sides by one side welding.It is suitable for weldin root passes ,filler and cover passes as well as for capping of general pipes and similar structures.Keeping the electrode in dry condition.The electrodes do not be redried befor welding.In welding small current is recommended and swaying broad should be less than 2.5 times of diameter of the steel core of electrode.
