CHS022 is a lime-titanium type electrode for extra-low carbon stainless.The weld metal shows very good resistnce of heat,corrosion and cracking due to the carbon content in it is≤0.04%.It is mainly used in containers in chemical industries as well as fabrication of stuctures made by similar stainless steels (00Cr18Ni12Mo).Before welding,the weld must be clear away impurities,such as oil,rust,moisture etc.,and the less than 2.5 times of diameter of the electrode is better.
