CHC408
CHC408 is graphitic type coating with Nickel/Ferro core electrode and it is machinable one. The electrode is suitable for repairing or surfacing cracked and worm parts made of gray iron or nodular iron, as well as joining cast iron with dissimilar metals. Lower current is recommended to obtain better welding operation. Before welding the electrode should be baked 1 hour at a temperature around 150℃.

CHW-50C8 is a coppered solid wire for MAG/MIG welding high strength low alloy steel.Excellent mechanical properties of deposited metal can be obtained due to strictly control the S,P and a few Ti is added into wire.It is suitable for welding 500Mpa grade steel structures such as ships,engineering & construction machineries for petrol chemical industry,pressure -vessels,lifts,bridges,skyscrapers etc.Especially for high speed backing welding of huge pipe lines for gas & oil transmission which fabricated by X60,X65 or 18Nb.
